Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

FARQUE Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at [farquesupply@gmail.com], including your order number and photos if applicable.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be re-sent.
